Students’ Learning Independence and Critical Thinking Ability Using Mobile Learning Technology

<p style="text-align: justify;">21st-century learning requires teachers and students to integrate literacy skills, scientific literacy, mathematics, reading, writing, technology in the process. Students must have initiative, discipline, responsibility, confidence, motivation for independent learning, ability think critically about problems presented. This study aims determine students' autonomous knowledge critical thinking abilities (CTA) using mobile (MLT). research is a quantitative involving 83 from four junior high schools city of Mataram. The data collection CTA was carried out by giving tests non-tests students. test conducted written form description 10 questions covering indicators CTA. non-test student independence questionnaire with as many 15 statements, including five independence. analysis uses Rash modeling application help Ministep software. results show that male female obtained percentage 77.38% “good” category. Each indicator accepts above 70%, which excellent Meanwhile, 75.28% also gets more than meaning each good category.</p>
